Part of a great experience is knowing you are protected. The right coverages in the right amounts — done.
4. We’re about experience. Unlike other companies, we invest in your experience by using personal Project Managers. They are assigned to your project to help you every step of the way and to assure your remodeling experience is as positive as possible. Why don’t other contractors do the same? Money.
5. We’re about craftmanship. Sure, we focus on the experience, but we don’t forget about the craftmanship. We estimate to do the job the right way, not the cheap way. We may lose some jobs, but that’s OK. 6. We’re about time. Respecting your time is a big part of a great experience. We accomplish this by being organized and planning. It all starts with showing up on time for appointments, returning calls and e-mails, and providing you a schedule for your project. If your contractor can’t give you the gift of time, can they really deliver on a great project?
7. We’re about warranty. Knowing the contractor you decide to work with will stand behind what they do is a big leap of faith. Have they been around long enough to last? Do they have the fiscal management needed to fund your warranty program? Do they take a past client seriously enough to care about a problem? At ProCraft, we don’t ask you to take it on faith. We give it to you in writing, an iron clad promise that if there is a problem, we’ll be there. Period.
8. We’re about clean. Living through a remodel can be challenging. It’s a disruption of your routines, lifestyle and privacy. Living in a mess during that process is unacceptable. A great experience is a neat, clean, and organized experience. We know it’s important to you, so it’s important to us.
9. We’re about easy. A remodeling project can be complicated. Lots of pieces have to come together to make it work. The last thing we want is to leave a piece out. We’ve designed our company to make it as painless and easy for a client to get the job done. We’re not going to tell you to find your own painter, or architect, or roofer. If we don’t do something, we know someone great who does, and we’re happy to confidently refer you to them.
10. We’re about education. Would you use a CPA that has never been back to school? How about an auto mechanic that never learned about computers on your car? Of course not. Why is your contractor any different? We believe that continual learning is a benefit to our clients, and we invest in our people and our education. Our accreditations, certifications, and designations are a by-product of those efforts.
