Ten Steps to an Extraordinary Remodeling Experience

1. During the initial meeting, we review your ideas, ask lots of questions, answer your initial questions, and take notes, measurements, and photos. Let’ get started!
2. Establish a rough budget for your project to make certain the investment range is comfortable and feasible. This is a brief description of your project and an estimated investment range. No drawings or specifications are complete at this point.
3. Approve a design agreement and invest in drawings and detailed specifications of your proposed project. Decide to move forward, and the Design fee is 100% applied to your project. Decide it’s not for you, the specifications and drawings are yours to keep!
4. Drawings, perspectives, and specifications are developed for your project. Adjustments are made as requested (per design agreement) to turn your dream into something tangible!
5. The final proposal containing the detailed and thorough specifications are prepared for final approval. Approval deposit would become due.
6. Your very own Lead Carpenter is assigned to assist you every step of the way. Permits are arraigned and the product selection and ordering process is completed.
7. Your project’s detailed schedule is prepared, and with your input, is finalized and coordinated with all team members.
8. Skilled and caring craftsmen work diligently to complete the construction of your new project based on the plans and schedules created. Progress installments become due at key phases of your project.
9. Project completion and celebration! Final walk through and issuance of project completion package featuring warranty certificate, before, during and after photos and other pertinent information. Last progress installments become due.
10.  Warranty period begins, which includes feedback survey, six month and one year “satisfaction checkups” and priority response to any issues or concerns that may (although unlikely) arise. Enjoy with peace of mind!
