Pro/Craft offers a rock solid two-year, written warranty on all of its completed projects. This warranty not only covers the products and materials installed, it covers the labor to repair or replace them, if that becomes necessary. Remodeling projects are a big investment. Having a company dedicated to quality craftsmanship is the first step towards peace of mind. Having a written warranty in hand, and a company with a reputation for standing behind its work, completes the package. In addition to the Pro/Craft warranty, all product manufacturers provide their own warranties, which cover items like fixtures and appliances.

Project Investment Options

When it comes to making a contracting investment, Pro/Craft has made it as convenient as possible for its clients. With the detailed project proposal, clearly defined specifications, and a fully disclosed payment schedule, there are no surprises or hidden costs when it comes to a Pro/Craft project.

Clients have three funding options, which are as follows:

• Personal checks for both deposits and scheduled progress payments are the preferred method of payment.
• Home equity lines, which often are the best choice of all. With very attractive low interest rates, it make sense to save the cash and use the equity. This is an option many clients choose.
• Bank loans are another potential funding source. We have many banking contacts, so let us know if you might want to pursue this option and we can help out as needed.
