It’s always an honor to be recognized by your industry and peers. In order for a remodeling company to be considered for a prestigious NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) award, they not only have to demonstrate a set of both business and technical skills not often found in the industry, they have to take the time to meticulously document their projects for consideration. This not only shows off a companies capabilities, it is a strong indication of their interest and commitment to the industry. ProCraft Contracting is deeply honored to have won seven NARI first place remodeling excellence awards over the past few years. These have been in categories ranging from kitchen remodeling, additions, bathrooms, commercial, and whole house remodeling.

ProCraft receives BBB Complaint Free Award

ProCraft was honored by the Better Business Bureau with the prestigious BBB Complaint Free Award. This award is given to companies that exhibit a high level of integrity and honesty in dealing with consumers. ProCraft, like many successful companies, does have an occasional client issue that needs to be resolved. Making sure any problems are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties is not only goal of ProCraft, it is our way of doing business. As consumers, we all want to be treated fairly. Unfortunately, we’ve all had experiences with companies where this did not happen. It’s those experiences we do not forget. ProCraft’s clients expect to be treated fairly and that is what the company delivers. The BBB Complaint Free Award is a recognition of the attitude that has helped to build ProCraft into one of the area’s top service companies.
