The National Association for Remodeling Industry (NARI) announced the winners of the 2005 Remodeling Excellence Awards at the holiday party held at Maggiano's in Schaumburg. Winners were selected by an impartial panel of judges comprised of experts from within the industry and associated field's. The winners of the NARI of Greater Chicagoland Remodeling Excellence Awards are representative of the “best of the best”. The team from Pro/Craft took top honors in 3 of the 10 categories for this event. Residential Bath Remodeling $30,000 and over, Residential Kitchen Remodeling $30,000 - $60,000, and Residential Additions $150,000 and over. Mark Lewis, President of Pro/Craft was delighted and honored to have his company recognized for all of their hard work through out the year! “To be chosen by a group of your peers in this industry as one of the ‘best of the best’ is just incredible!” Pro/Craft would like to thank the following people, and businesses in helping us to achieve this goal.

Pro/Craft receives BBB Complaint Free Award

Pro/Craft was honored by the Better Business Bureau with the prestigious BBB Complaint Free Award. This award is given to companies that exhibit a high level of integrity and honesty in dealing with consumers. Pro/Craft, like many successful companies, does have an occasional client issue that needs to be resolved.
