You Can’t Take Back
A Bad Contracting Decision

If you buy a refrigerator and it doesn’t work, you can return it. If you buy the wrong car, you can always trade it in or sell it. Buy the wrong contractor, however, and the nightmare experience can’t be taken back. The poor work or unfulfilled promises are yours to keep. There are no refunds of your wasted time. The poorly designed or constructed project won't go away easily. It doesn’t matter if you thought you were getting a bargain, or worse, paid good money for the work. In the end, it’s a wasted investment.

Bad Experiences = Great Clients

Our best client’s frequently have a bad contracting experience in their past. Unfortunately, it often takes a bad experience before one can really appreciate the differences between a professional contractor and a guy who can saw, hammer or paint. Luckily, there is no law that says you have to get burned before you do things differently. Is it hard to do things differently? Not really. Does it take a little more time? Sure it does. Will you get it done dirt cheap? Absolutely… not. How can you start? Take a good look at this site, it can provide some of the answers you need.

It’s In The Details!

A great contracting experience doesn’t just happen, and you won’t find it in the big picture. You will make a good decision by paying attention to the details. Often it is little things like showing up on time for an estimate, returning a phone call in a timely manner, or making the effort to provide you a proposal that is packed with information and details. It can be as insignificant as a gut feeling about the contractor or the fact that he seemed to listen. Whatever the reason, we believe a good decision is based on the small things. At Pro/Craft, “It’s in the Details” is more than a slogan, it's our way of doing business!

“It’s in the details is more
than a slogan, it’s a
promise we strive to
deliver to our clients
everyday. You’ve got my
word on it.”
